Nice hotel, near sights, car park underneath, good and reasonably priced restaurant, what more could you want?
Good job the restaurant was good as there aren't any restaurants nearby.
Bed was a bit hard, as they seem to be in Spain.

This was the best hotel of our week in Spain. It had unique features, such as: a car elevator that took us from garage to our floor level; toiletries in Braille; a welcome note and cookies in the room; and a dental kit. The room was large with excellent lighting. Marble bathroom with separate WC.

This a classical hotel, the decoration is not brand new, but the rooms are very comfortable, clean, with a good size.
This hotel is located near Gran Via and Plaza Mayor is at a 10-min walking distance. The staff is nice, friendly, giving helpful information about the city.
The restaurant serves good food, the breakfast is ok due to variety, very in good in quality.
There are some nice restaurants near the hotel, and some nice bars too.

I arrived in Salamanca with a hotel reservation at another property. I was so disappointed that I left the hotel and did a quick search of hotels. I chose this one to look at – and then wound up staying and GLAD I did ! What a nice quiet property and in a very good location. I am picky but not fussy. I will make some amends in exchange for price. However, that was not the case here. Nice size room, very clean and updated room, flat screen with cable ( you can change the language on the TV), and a decent size bathroom with thick towels. There is no skimping at this hotel, they are truly “guests first” oriented.

The hotel staff and especially at the front desk were all extremely friendly and very helpful. “Si” is part of their motto – yes, they will assist if they can.

The location is excellent – about a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Also, the property is on the edge of some of the older churches and convents. Lots of eating options near-by. I never felt uncomfortable walking at night in this area. I was at this property on Halloween and although the streets were full of partiers, I got a good night’s quiet sleep.

This is a hotel that I strongly encourage you to select if you are on the fence and if your consideration includes: Comfort, Location and Price. Never had any concerns about putting my head down on the pillow at this hotel – it was truly clean and comfortable ~
