We had a very bad experience at this hotel with loud American 18 year olds in the room next door who after partying all night arrived home at 5am and then continued to party with loud noise in their room - plus they enjoyed shouting out obscenities to people in the square. I am not some 70 year old who is against teenagers having fun (I'm 29 years old), however, such loud noise after 1am in a Hotel is just unacceptable. The whole floor must have been woken up. I could not get back to sleep.

Now you might say this is not the hotels fault but the problem was made worse by:
- paper thin walls (we could hear everything spoken in next rooms and noise from corridor sounded like person was in room)
- staff did not respond well to our complaint when we rang desk at 5.30am complaining about noise
- noise continued right till 7.30am even though hotel staff knocked on their door
- exact same problem the next night even after making a formal complaint to the hotel during the day !!!! Noise only stopped after I confronted the occupants at 6am.
