4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

We would not have chosen this on our own ,but were given tickets , the first thing you notice from outside is the windows , then once you enter the main exhibition hall the ceiling is fantastic . Then the collection is a very impressive the range of Art Deco , then upstairs the largest range of Dolls we have ever seen , be prepared . Its not expensive , under 5 euros I think for two , allow @ least two hours ,@ the rear small cafe & toilets excellent value its a must

“Charming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013

This is a stunning building filled with art deco treasures. I loved the atmosphere. There is art, furniture, statues, posters and lovely jewellery. The coffee shop is very good too, and be sure to look around the shop on the way out for something different.

“Too much to see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

What an amazing collection of items. We were wow ed by the Art Deco perfume bottles (Lalique etc) and found the exhibition so comprehensive that by the time we started on upstairs (lots of dolls) we had reached saturation point and need to go back another time. A good reason for another visit.

“Scary dolls...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

This is, really, an extensive collection of Art Deco stuff! It's also an incredibly beautiful building, with a lovely cafe in a encased in stained glass. We spent an hour wandering through the various collections, beautiful fans, and exuberant statuettes of semi-clad ivory women...all quite stunning. The dolls, of course, are deeply disturbing, as such things always are! Definately worth a late afternoon visit, though, admittedly, it doesn't give you a real sense of these items in context. In otherwords, you don't leave here having learned something about Art Deco IN Spain or in Salamanca.

“Impressive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

The windows of this museum are what draw you in, but the interior is even more impressive. The center and first room you enter will further draw you in. The ceiling windows make the other windows look like paint by numbers. Incredible. The collection is impressive and covers everything from furniture to clothing to porcelain figures to lots of and lots of dolls. That last section is a little creepy though. Visit on Thursday mornings and its absolutely free which was the biggest surprise of all.
