“Noisy but very good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2014

We only stayed one night in the hotel. It's located 200m. away from the beggining of Toledo's old town. It's a good value for money: room was very clean and cozy. We went by car and managed to find very easily park place right next to the hotel, on a Sunday. Staff is friendly and helpful, it was possible to buy cold water in the bar even late at night. Wireless connection worked fine and had good signal strength. One of the main drawbacks was the sleeping quality: rooms were noisy (showers, corridor, etc.), corridor lights and the matress a bit hard. However, the hotel is charming, well-located and was a good chouce, I'd definetely recommend it.

We highly appreciate your review and are specially happy to read you liked our staff. It is truth that during the preparations to visit the town, the hotel might be a bit noisy but at night, during the sleep, the neighborhood is really quiet, far from the bustle of the nightlife.

A warm greeting from our team

This hotel is in a good location for exploring Toledo, it's just below the old town square and is accessed by a couple of escalators, one of which wasn't working on 22 June 2014! Because it's out of the old town it's easy to drive to and park without getting involved in all the one way/ pedestrianised roads. Take a Sat Nav!!
The hotel room was small but clean. The bed was too flat and hard for our liking. The bathroom has a shower with massage jets. The breakfast was basic, coffee, toast and a croissant but pleasant enough.
Alonso on the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful especially when we decided to leave a couple of days early.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Wonderful location, just a few minutes from the main square via the escalator but not noisy in the slightest. Staff very helpful, friendly, rooms exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, excellent Air Con. Wonderful views.

Not so easy to find by car although parking available nearby.

Would stay again.

Great location for seeing the sights of Toledo - just outside the city walls so really easy to walk / get the escalator up to the city but just away from the noise and bustle. The staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. We caught the bus from the station on arrival but walked back the end as it's not far if you just have hand luggage and it's downhill on the way back.

Thank you. We appreciate your review and are glad you enjoyed the hotel and the town. Again, I have to point out this is no way a luxury hotel, but its proximity to both bus and railway stations, the easy and quick access to the heart of the old town through scalators and the quietness of the neighborhood are very important reasons to choose us.

Greetings from all of us!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in May 2014.

Plus:
Very central, close to the escalators into the centre
Good AC and free wifi
Extremely comfortable mattress
Very clean

Minus:
Basic breakfast, a croissant, toast and cup of coffee for €6.
No tea/coffee in the room, but that's standard for Spain
Shower stall like a tiny capsule

We appreciate your review and we´re happy to check you liked the hotel. We´d like to be able to offer you a better breakfast but I´m afried we haven´t got a kitcken and that´s all we can do... coffee or tea; toasts with jam and mermelade, olive oil and tomato... ham and tomato... or sweet ham and cheese, grilled croissants, fresh fruit and yoghurts.

Best regards from our team!

We stopped in Toledo for one day while en route from Madrid to Andalusia. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, conveniently located, and inexpensive. We arrived on a Sunday and found on-street parking right in front of the hotel. The elevators leading to the city center are about a 5- minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We included breakfast in our booking (6 euros prepaid), and it was very generously provided. The bathroom and shower were a bit on the small side, but the facilities were modern, and the size is not unusual for a European hotel. All in all, this was a terrific deal.

We´re very glad you liked the hotel. You mentioned the two main advantages of it... its location closed to the scalators that take you to the heart of the old town, and its parking facilities in the surroundings. We are happy you also liked our personnel!.

This is a very comfortable hotel- the staff are welcoming and helpful- we would certainly use
it again. It is very near the escalators into the old centre. We parked in the nearby public car
park at 13 euros a day with a discount that the receptionist will give you. Our room was quiet
at night. The breakfast is very good value at 6 euros.
