The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything you want to see in Toledo but just outside of the main tourist routes. Street noise is minimal. Rooms are small, but comfortable. The terrace is a real asset: beautiful views over the city. If you want a substantial breakfast, the hotel is a good deal; if you just want coffee and a muffin/pastry, then cafes are a better bet. It's probably quietest on the top floor (the walls and floors/ceilings are thin), although room 303, where we stayed, is next to the staircase to the terrace, so you hear people coming down after midnight (even though the terrace is supposedly closed after about 10 PM). Room 302 is probably the best: it's the largest room on the top floor, and the most insulated from noise. The staff was very good, although a bit minimalist. There are a lot of tourist traps in Toledo, but we found excellent if unspectacular meals at Afileritos 24, in the calle of the same name.
