Our room had a terrace with an absolutely breathtaking view of the old city of Toledo, where we enjoyed some wine and market purchases from the city, then watched the sun set after a hot afternoon exploring Toledo. The room was nicely furnished with all the extras, but the internet worked only sporadically. I am Platinum with Marriott, so did not make a big deal about the internet, however, if I had to pay for it, I would not have been happy.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was convenient, and only shared by the hotel staff after many questions were asked. Some of the staff can speak English, some cannot. Having a bus schedule would have been helpful, as we found out later that it does not depart the main square, but rather up the street and around the corner from the square.
The restaurant was not open on a Monday at all, or the bar. Took a lot of convincing to get some ice, but they came through after making a trip to the front desk. No breakfast with the room night, different deal than most ACs.
The views were wonderful, the bed, so, so, but well appointed room, so will still recommend.
