All over Tenerife there are excursions to various places - one of which is a Tax Free Shopping trip to Santa Cruz. If you think you are going to pick up a bargain or two - think again. Whilst it is a beautiful city, there was very little - other than cigarettes and alcohol that was cheaper than England. If you want a bargain, shop more locally and barter - especially on the markets.

Overall though Tenerife is a beautiful place.
