“A bit of a ski resort in Tenerife”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2012

A typical piece of Austria transplanted into the Canaries. Food has an essentially German slant. German is the first language.
Food however is excellent.

“Frozen germanish food”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2012

Not even a good german restaurant, (which already doesn t make sense in tenerife : why going so far to eat like in your homeland?) but a bad german style restaurant.

“Cheap and Cheerful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2012

We have used this place a few times over the last couple of years and always found the staff friendly, polite and engaging. The menu is not extensive but if you want value for money and friendly service then I can throughly recommend it. We often eat german menu dishes and have found them to be tasty and genorous portions. I would also recommend the daily specials, if you want to try something that you may not normally order.

“Disappointing”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

this restaurant used to be a favourite of my whole family but when I visited this year I found the food to be poor. We had Chateaubriand which cost us 30 euros. The meat was completely raw in the middle and extremely chewy, the chips underneath were soggy and drenched in god knows what, the vegetables were all tinned and there was this weird lardy substance dolloped on top of the meat. It took forever for any service. Very disappointing.

“Good food at reasonable prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2012

Nice restaurant on the main road through La Paz. Good selection of simple food all reasonably priced. Look out for the daily specials. Very popular so can get busy early evenings. Nice to sit outside at lunchtimes too. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Mainly caters for German tourists but also lots of locals and English too.
