Just beside the cathedral, a simple restaurant with no search of useless elegance but full of style and character. Clean, perfect service, very good wines (I tried a malvasia from Lanzarote which was great, but ask the guy for his best Tacoronte's red which was simply wonderful. Every single plate I tried (I was there several times) was nearly perfect. Esthetics, taste, fantasy. Can't miss the cochinillo. Surtido de croquetas also great. Entrecote couldn't be better. Ensaladas good ans fresh. Bacalao wonderful. Better to reserve. Don't go after 23.00 pm. The best restaurant in La Laguna, one of the best I've tried in northern Tenerife.
