We booked through owners direct (no.2) and our accommodation was goodif a little warm in the evenings. We were met on arrival at the complex by the owner (Denise, nice lady), she went through everything and offered advise on local shops/restaurants etc-etc.
Having patio area looking straight out onot the beach was brilliant, as was listening to the sea/waves at night whilst in/on bed. Unfortunately the bed was not the most comfortable (common on holidays?), but the kids beds were great and once they got in them they straight out until at least 7.00am !!
Plenty of wardrobe space, 2 x good sixed bathrooms, washing machine in sepatate room, newish kitchen all made the holiday much better as we didn't really miss our home comforts.
Complex pool was full of residents, some of them complaining about kids and noise whilst they played in pool, its a holiday for gods sake asnd kids make noise when they having fun.
Good beach in front of apartment/complex (used by locals on weekends and quite busy) but the best beach we found (for families) was La Pinta/Puerot Colon, with plenty of bars/cafes around too, marina and boat trips were also in that location.
Siam Parque was impressive for size but all the rides 1hour+ queues, no food/drink allowed to be taken in at that time of year, although we were told at time of booking you could take your own.
Loro Parque was good but the 2hr coach ride was long-long-long, specially with a hang-over.
Best (evening) restaurants we used were found in las America's across from the casino, La calletta was not really for us although we tried it twice.
Hope this helps anyone who is interested in this complex, we would go again but most probably when our kids were older (14-16).
