Out of 12 restaurants we tried in Las Palmas, this was very easily the best one in all respects. This is at the same level as at the best in the food capitals of the world; international level of cooking. The place is lovely. The staff is highly professional and probably proud of their restaurant, at least they should be.
For a starter, we had a buffalo mozzarella salad with avocado and sun dried tomatos (10,70€). That was just simple and fantastic. One portion is perfect for two. We had a 24h baby pig. Fantastic cooking. That could've perhaps used a bit more salt in the inside. Luckily there were a couple of salt flowers on top. As a side note, I will try to avoid baby pig (or baby-whatever) from now on; as incredibly soft as they are, personally I prefer non-baby. We had some fish (17,12€), perfectly cooked and gorgeous. We had a simple mango dessert (5,89€), simply delicious. And a curd from red berries (5,89€). Plain but so good that it is unforgettable.
On our next visit we had squid (calmer feira, 10,70€) as a shared starter - fantastic cooking, vegetable risotto (risotto de verduras, 13,38€) - very good, and lamb in a cocotte (cordero lechal, 19,80€) - perfect. We also tried white and dark chocolate dessert (crema de chocolate, 5,89€), amazing even though the bun crumble was not necessary.
So we had two amazing meals and it is certain that we will go again if we visit Las Palmas in the future. We wish all the best for the delicious Deliciosa Marta. Thank you very much! (By the way the movie "Deliciosa Martha" is good too!)
