We revisited these apartments after 12 years, it wasn't that we had a bad time last time round it was just we've never had the opportunities to go back.
Since our last visit the apartments have been refurbished and the coin operated TV's have gone.
The apartment we had was ideally located formy disabled wife, low floor and near the pool.
The apartment was well equipped for a Spanish apartment and was cleaned thoroughly 5 days out of 7, there are 2 single beds and a sofa bed, microwave, adequate cooking equipment, 2 rings and a kettle. As a nice touch a welcome pack of a few teas, coffees, sugars and a bottle of water greated us on arrival.
The only downer to the apartments is that it was way too quiet, the recession has clearly bitten and there was rarely more than 10 people round the pool, a lot of the apartments are still being refurbished and as they are quiet there does not seem to be a hurry to complete them. Because it was quiet the bar often shut early evening and lacked the nightly entertainment it had when we last visited.
Around the area there are many apartment blocks that have been abandoned and many shops that have closed down, this made things a tad depressing and won't improve until the downturn ends.
Would I return? yes but may give things a chance to pick up in the economy first.
