“Place to go for great food and experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013 via mobile

Fabrica 23 is a place to go to for imaginative tapas and optimally grilled fish and vegetables. We liked the idea of fusion-style tapas. Our dorado on a bed of grilled vegetables saw grill only long enough to bring out great taste and not a second longer. Dishes were nicely served, pleasing eyes and taste buds equally. Add to this owner Sasha's charm and polyglot skills and you are in for a pleasant culinary and social experience.

“Great tapas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012

After waiting to be even acknowledged at the cafe on top of the art gallery (which does have great view, granted!) we left and headed back to Fabrica 23 which we had spotted earlier.
A lovely welcome from Sascha had us seated and studying the lunch special board with 4 tapa, a glass of wine, beer or coffee and a dessert for €17.
Sascha was extremely helpful in guiding us through the blackboard, and extremely obliging in catering for my dairy allergy and he gave me a dish from the a la carte menu instead.
A super, super lunch, good value for money and a lovely venue - well worth a return visit. Great value for money and Sascha was a brilliant host.
The thing that pushed our visit from excellent to spectacular was the discover that I had actually attended the same school as Sascha and his brother in Surrey and that we had probably had lifts to that school in the same car!! Very small world ...
Best of luck to you Sascha and your team - it was a pleasure to meet you and have lunch in your restaurant!!

“Delighted you're back”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Lovely new restaurant with delicious tapas. Smaller than before but a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. Reasonable prices and great location. The only negative was the awful commercial bread - come on Fabrica 23, Mallorca does better bread than this!

“Sasha is back!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2012

Sasha has deservedly fought his way back and opened a wonderful new tapas restaurant . Very original dishes, all wonderful. Sasha is the finest host, now joined by his delightful wife. I even had the chance to meet Sasha'S Mum! Reasonable prices and great selection of wines. Sasha is once again going to own one of Palma's 'must visit' restaurants.
