Superb food on both occasions we went. It was the first restaurant we visited in Cala Pi and there was argument to not going anywhere else! It was reasonably priced and whilst maybe slightly limited the kids were fine (5,8,8). They may have also been appeased by the small park - slide, swings etc. - that adjoins the restaurant.
We went early and managed to get a table for 7 without reservation, it would seem that any later and you might struggle!
The food was glorious, personally not having tried Paella before the 2 dads went for the seafood paella (definitely needs 2!!) - magnificent, as was the ladies' salmon, cordon bleu.
The wine was lovely as was the quality service.
Why having waxed lyrical have I not given this a '5'.
Upon our return (now as a 9, Uncle & Aunty visiting so we took em back) we entered an almost empty restaurant, to be greeted by a waitress who asked if we had a reservation, we didn't. Well you would have thought we'd asked her to run naked round the restaurant and jump off the cliff top, ok slight exaggeration but it really was a disdainful response that very nearly had me walking out (had we not had such lovely experience prior, we would have done).
Fortunately the quality of the restaurant itself paid dividends and again we had a wonderful meal/evening served by one of the waiters ( the lass was just drying off!)
