“nice, clean place to stay in Ibiza. run by great family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2012

Nice, clean, family run hotel. We had a spacious room for 2 people with a massive terrace on the ground floor for us to sunbathe. Room was cleaned every 2 days with fresh towels and bins, maid very friendly. The family are very friendly, helpful if u need any inflo on ibiza, and they have a laugh and drink with you. About 10minute walk from the West End, and 5minutes from Sunset strip wi th Cafe Mambo etc. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby which arent too expensive- I recommend Fatsos cafe round the corner it does great English breakfasts!!
There is a small swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and music playing all day.
Stay here if you want somewhere decent, clean, safe, with a good atmosphere.

*** Only bad point about this hotel is its an 18-30s and the reps are a complete joke, they are not professional or helpful at all. I would definately come back if I could book it without going through 18-30s. ***

Headed out to Ibiza last July with 12 mates and these apartments are just amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Food is great, better than alot of the places near by and the drink is great 2. You'll not be let down if you stay here as it is great.. Hopefully be back this year!

Room Tip: All the rooms are great so you wont be let down!

Stayed here in July so welcoming staff where great! Good value food and booze from the bar! Recommend a waka waka rocket fuel! Small but ample size pool. About 10-15min walk to weSt end which is good as quiet enough to sleep at night! I would stay here again

The laura appartments are basic but all you need for a holiday in ibiza on a budget. The staff are friendly, and go all the way to meet your needs and requirements. The only massive downfall about the laura appartments is that they work along side the Club18-30 Tour group. My recommendation is take a budget holiday and stay at the laura but dont do any of the activities which the club 18-30 reps hard sell to you. Its a waste of money and time and energy. You can walk yourself to the main bars for cheaper. I found the reps to be dishonest, rude and very unhelpful let alone they lack knowledge of ibiza.

Rave reviews and 5*s for Laura
Cant even rate Ayi, Blair and Andy my reps completley disappointed with the behaviour and lies they told.

Hoilday makers be ware very aware of the Club 18-30 reps.

Would highly recommend this hotel for young holiday makers it's very basic but has everything you need. Hotel is in a great location 5 mins walk to the west end (which is fabulous and somewhere you must go if your staying here) so close enough to the nightlife but far away from all the noise. Definitely use the bar/ restaurant as it's great value for money I highly recommend the 'waka waka' cocktail it costs 10 euro but it will do you for hours!! We had an apartment which slept 4 people, myself and another friend used the sofa beds which were perfectly comfortable rooms had plenty of space and balconies. The staff who run the hotel are fabulous and you will miss them once you leave! They are very reasonable in terms of noise etc for example we were able to sit by the pool drinking at night but a party of 12 were threw out of the hotel for being a nuisence and disturbing other guests which was good. The only thing I would advise you stay away from is the 18-30 tickets which the reps try to sell you- do your own thing there's plenty of places to get tickets at the same price and this way tour not bullied into buying things you don't even enjoy - this was the case with us and I felt I had wasted a lot if money. Other than that if you are going to Laura apartments then enjoy you will have a fabulous time!

The staff who run this hotel are brilliant, so lovely and really welcoming. It's just a shame the shambles we had with the 18-30 reps make them and the hotel look bad. You can't say any bad things about the family that run it, always friendly, deal with any problems promptly, the drinks and food behind the bar cheap and really good. What I would advise anyone to do is DO NOT book any of those trips with the 18-30 reps - it isn't even as if you can hide from your welcome meeting though they take you to your room and give you an hour pitch about these trips they put on and don't give you any time to get settled or unpack when you're tired after the flight. You'll end up walking miles to a "1 euro bar" (drinks were 4 euros by the way) or be mis-sold tickets and then be told they're non refundable and spend entire days of your holiday chasing around looking to find out what's going on. We expressly spent twenty minutes telling the rep we didn't want to go on the booze cruise because one of the party got sea-sick. They arrived the next day to pick us up for it having said we'd booked it. On top of that we had no tickets for the nights we did book - three of them - and we always had a struggle to get the tickets we'd collectively paid nearly 1000 euros for. All they do is make you feel pressurised to buy these trips and even if you say "oh well can we have a night to think about it" having literally stepped off the plane about two hours ago you'll get "oh well...I have to do your tickets now..." Don't think it ends there if you manage to get rid of them, halfway through the week you'll get a note through the door "I need to see you at such and such a time" and then an hour of your holiday will be spent listening to them babble on about a reunion in Skegness in November, can you have any time to think about it? No the tickets need purchased by tomorrow. Do yourself a favour, buy your tickets off the family who work behind the bar, or get yourself down the west end. Don't waste your money on anything to do with 18-30 or anything you do will be nothing but hassle. Like I said it is a real shame the family that run this hotel come off looking bad because of this company, I'd gladly stay at the Laura again if I didn't have to go through 18-30.

We booked our holiday with 18-30 and to start off are flight was delayed 6 hours and becuase of this we drank far too much and jumped into the pool at 3am when we finally did arrive. The night porter was not happy but took it in his stride. We struggled to get our suitcases up to the top floor on our own, once we did sadie the rep came to do out welcome meeting. We found this too late and asked her to come back the next day. When she did arrive we felt pressured to book trips we did not want to go on and ended up wasting £140 on trips we didnt atttend. We were glad about this though as friends we met in this hotel told us they were a waste of time.

To the good points. We enjoyed the superclubs in Ibiza but found we enjoyed the west end and the bay. We would highly the Zoo Project which is on a Saturday which was our best night of the week!!! The hotel is a nice hotel with friendly staff however this year we have booked our flights and hotel seperate and would not recomend anybody wanting to go the superclubs and so their own thing not to go with 18-30.

Need to hire a fan as rooms are sooo hot!!!!
