Overall rating: average. Why? Nice city center, devided into 2 parts: the newer part (shop till you drop, ladies!!!) and the old part.
The newer part mostly consists of shops as El Corte Inglés and other smaller shops.
The historic city center is cosy to visit, a part of it is the way to Santiago de Compostella.
Must have seens: Plaza de España (with the tourist information office as well) and Plaza de la Virgen Blanca (better known as Plaza Vieja).
There's a lot of blablabla about the Cathedral of Santa Maria, but I think it is not worth it. They ask 10 euro's to visit the cathedral, in case you want to go inside.
Nice to stroll when the weather is good, to have a drink on the terrace on a hot summer evening :)
But when the weather is bad one look at the city and you want to go home a.s.a.p. :(
