“don't leave San Sebastian without climbing this hill”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

Walking the stairs up this hill has been an excellent experience for all of us, including the children. The higher you are the better views. There is a fort hill at the top and a small museum. And at the very top the statue of Jesus Christ. This place means history for Spain and locals.
One can take some marvelous photos from these heights. I would go back here on any opportunity and I strongly recommend to all of you, particularly on a sunny day. Be mindful that there are a few ways to get up, all leading to the top. It looks really high but no need to rush.

“A must see when visiting San Sebastian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

From the hill, the views of the city down below are beautiful. I went there on a warm sunny day and it was worth it. The climb is not bad at all for anyone who wants a good walk.

“Worth the climb”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

It is quite steep and wouldnt be suitable for anyone with fitness issues, but there is a bus that goes every half an hour, although you would miss quite a lot that you see on the walk up

“Great hike”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

Beautiful walk up the hill in San Sebastien. We called it the Jesus statue because there is a cool statue at the top. Free entry to the top and a bus service can take you there also. Fantastic view from the top of all the beaches
