“Well Done to Tedone”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2012

We were really pleased we made the effort to come here while on a day trip to San Sebastian. Situated down a smallish road, at first sight it didn't seem like much. But the food was fantastic. We had items from the Vegetarian menu and everything was really fresh, tasty and well presented. Would definitely come back.

“Good food !”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2012 via mobile

The place itself looked at the beginning disappointing and the menu has a very small variety but once we found our dish it was really fresh and very good . We do recommend the place .

“the food is great. everything else is OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2012 via mobile

We came following a review in Tripadvisor. Food is very good, professionally prepared and very tasty. Everything else was nothing much: clumsy service unattractive decor, somewhat sad setting.
It was a good meal for the money, but not a fun night out

“A small gem in San Sebastian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2012

I can't rate this restaurant highly enough. It's only small and yes it is next to railway line, but somehow this all adds to the cosy feel.

Waiters make you feel very welcome and if you love fish, you won't be disappointed. The smoked fish dish was amazing and my husband raved about the tuna. The portions were huge, so if you don't want to leave anything, don't have a starter. Hubby did and struggled with his main. I couldn't even manage a pudding!

Reasonably priced for San Sebastian and we liked the Japanese/Oriental theme.

“One of the coziest restaurants in the Gros area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

Very close to one of the sites of the forthcoming San Sebastian International Film Festival, the Kursaal auditorium and conference centre, this is most definitely one of our favourite places in town.

Apart from the food being healthy and tasty, there's something unique about the way 'Beltza' and his team run the place. They make you, the customer, feel so much at home, that you keep going back for a couple of hours of relaxing music, atmosphere, conversation…

Don't forget to ask for a custom-made herbal tea at the end of your meal… And enjoy the experience!
