we paid 450E a night for a suite with terrace, so expectations were high. We were sadly disappointed. The suite was large enough, but vaguely tatty (carpets stained, curtains drooping, light in bathroom not working) and the furniture is designed only for style, certainly not for comfort.Everything was extra-water, newspaper, breakfast (at 26E for a very ordinary buffet someone is having a laugh), no concierge, no movies or DVD, no tea/coffee facilities etc etc. Terrace had two small metal chairs, no table, so that looked like an afterthought. Only thing that didn´t disappoint was the terrace restaurant-pricy at 80E a head ex wine but worth it. The downstairs cafe is awful. I´d recommend you stay elsewhere(we found to our chagrin after a flight cancellation that the Melia has executive rooms, just as big, with vastly superior facilities, for less than half the ptrice) but visit the terrace restaurant.
