Travelled with 3 friends to Bilbao mid November 2012 and this hotel was perfect for the trip. The location is very central and the Guggenheim, old town, Funicular de Artxanda and San Mames stadium are all only a short walk away. The rooms were modern, spacious and extremely clean but lacked character. The hotel staff were very efficient. Ideal for a group of lads on a long weekend or a business trip but I think I would look elsewhere if travelling with the family.

The hotel is very well situated in the middle of Bilbao, near shops and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the Guggenheim. The rooms are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The reception staff all speak English and are very helpful.

We only stayed one night at this excellent hotel. Service is friendly. This is probably the best hotel room we stayed at during our 3 week Europe trip. The room is super spacious and spotlessly clean, same with the shower and bath. Location is also very good. Would stay here again!
