We stayed at the hotel for one night and had seen the review of the restaurant on TA before, but we had already decided to visit another restaurant, (Palolmeque). However, even though we tried to book it at lunch time for an evening dinner, it was fully booked. So gave the hotel restaurant a go. I was a little apprehensive, having dined at hundreds of hotel restaurants in business travel and being disappointed.....but not this one. It was excellent!
Great choice of fixed menus or a la carte, good wine menu and nice atmosphere.
The cochinillo was terrific and for dessert, we had to try the chocolate ice cream with olive oil, ( no typos here!) it was a unbelievably good!
