“Delicious lunch, fantastic value.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

We chose this restaurant, two floors below our apartment, for our final lunch in Zaragoza based on the menu we'd read as we passed and its popularity with locals. We weren't disappointed.
For €10.95 each we enjoyed a delicious, perfectly-cooked 3 course meal, with bread and a bottle of perfectly drinkable house red on a late Summer's afternoon with views to the Basilico Del Pilar.
Highly recommended.

“Slowly Does It!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2013

Day 3 in Zaragoza - Monday and virtually all the public buildings/museums are closed! The Cathederal La Seo was one of the few options open to us.

Having delighted in the treasures of La Seo, we passed along a quiet street and came across La Temporada. It is advertised as a "Slow Food" establishment and, having had a previous good slow food experience in Rome, we gave it a go.

Wonderful! We had the Executive Menu. Great food, starting a crisp gazpacho to clear the palate. We both opted for the Arroz Aragonese with perfectly cooked giant prawns. Followed that with duck breast and baby pork "cochinillo". Heavenly desert and suddenly we are well into the afternoon. Suppose that's the thing about slow food. Try it!
