Real good food, shouldn´t all the restaurants be focused on this? This one is.
Amongst the starters excellent the "macaron de trufa" (truffle macaron), merluza con velo de soja (hake with a soy veil) on its perfect cooking point and with the soy giving a nice oriental touch. The pichon (pigeon) is juicy and crusty and to top it all up a succulent “flan de mascarpone” (marcarpone custard). Portions are not that big but big enough to leave you satisfied. Subtle food with modern touches and twists but not making you feel like if you were testing the new menu for the Advanced Science Congress.
Not a cheap place if you go for the “menu degustacion” but I think is worth the money you pay for. Otherwise you also have cheaper options at around 35€. Obviously not the place to go if you are on a tight budget but if you are looking for value for money and you want to treat yourself the place is definitely worth a try.
