This restaurant comes with a serious reputation for fine dining and therefore expectations are high & ultimately disappoints. Wish we had read previous reviewers comments.
The main courses were disappointing mainly due to the textures being overly 'mushy' and similarly coloured - giving the appearance of slops. Not good on the eye and totally underwhelming on the palate.
Tapas & appetisers were frankly disappointing - coming with a high price tag - you expect zing & panache - instead it was dull & weak flavoured.
The staff have a problem they work in a restaurant with a high reputation, in a marvellous conserverwtoire that promises much and know the food is underwhelming customers - this is particularly evident at bill time - they were frankly sheepish.
Really really poor against much higher expectations. Agree with many others here - Seville is a tapas strong city - its sit down restaurants have too greater competition and are beaten handsomely.
