“Modern & convenient”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

This hotel is in a good location and is furnished in a modern minimalist manner, with a lovely inner courtyard where you can have your breakfast. Our bathroom was very large and comfortable, equipped with Porcelanosa wear and a good shower. There is free fast Wi-Fi available. On the down side, as it sometimes happens in Spain, there was a lingering smell of smoke in our room (number 18) which must have been a smoker’s room at some point. There is also a little bit of noise from the street, but nothing too disruptive (there seems to be an awful lot of weddings taking place in Seville this September!). I suspect that other rooms might be better in this respect. Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel.

Room Tip: We had a street-facing room, to the left of reception which was a little noisy. There are courtyard...

This hotel is really nothing more than a Ibis or other less expensive brand. It is over designed and the brand is 'High Tech Hotel'. The air conditioning failed spectacularly during the night waking us by making a terrible grinding noise. The night attendant needied some persuading that we should have another room as did the receptionist when we were checking out that we should have a rebate. (We did). The breakfast room was very chaotic with things arranged in a haphazard way and the coffee machine was far from 'High Tech' In its favour it is quiet despite its very cental location.

Stayed here with my husband between the 18th-24th August. After having read the reviews on trip advisor we decided to opt for this hotel which location is right in the centre of Santa Cruz, just a walking distance to all Seville's main attractions and best tapas bars. We do not regret our choice since the hotel is a good, very clean and comfortable. The wifi and lap-tops in your room is an asset. Unlike many other people we never had trouble with internet connection in our room.

Mentioning the room we had a superior double which was quite spacious and its bathroom relatively large when compared to similar rooms in European hotels. The room was always spotless. The reception staff were nice overall and were always helpful.

The location is great-right in the heart of the Jewish quarter yet away from all the noise of the tapas bars; at the same time just a walking distance away. What more could you want?

I would choose to stay here again if I ever come back to Seville; it is just enough for a short city break if you want a clean and comfortable hotel near all the attractions and night spots.

One tip: Do not bother with taking the rate including breakfast-we used to have breakfast near the cafe'-bars nearby-just down the street there are loads of good breakfast spots.

The curtains in the bedroom are held closed with scotch tape, which is not particularly effective. The first-floor bedrooms basically open into the lobby, so its extremely noisy and not vey private. The rooms are functional but everything is cheap - decor, linens, curtains (see above). If you want a very basic hotel, its fine, but apart from being central and having friendly staff, it's not particularly nice.

This had the potential to go off the rails right away, as I made the blunder of assuming our primary school-aged girls could stay in a 'double' room with us, the parents. We are not seasoned European travelers, and didn't realize a 'double' in Europe does not mean two double beds. However, the desk clerk was exceptionally nice about it, and found a way to put the 4 of us in a room on the third floor that sleeps 6, for only 30 or 40 euros more per night. The room was huge and modern, with fold-out Ikea-style bunk beds, a queen-sized bed, a sofa with a coffee table, a desk with a computer, a tv, an exercise bike, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. One window looked down into the inner courtyard, and the other two looked out onto the narrow streets of beautiful Seville. It was hot when we arrived, and as soon as we plugged in our key, the air conditioning got right to work to make it pleasant.
The location was terrific. We could walk everywhere within 20 minutes. We could come back to the hotel for a refresher mid-day. The breakfast room was well stocked with generous hours that accommodated our jet lag. What can I say, but that I feel smart that I picked this little gem, and have already recommended it to friends who are traveling there this fall.

Room Tip: The third floor might be the quietest.

We stayed at this Hotel in June. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at this chain of Hotels in Barcelona and Madrid as well and the helpful staff seems to be general theme with this chain.

The room was very large with a kind sized bed and 2 bunk beds for the kids. It even had a excercise bike in the room. Bathrooms were large too and A/C functioned well during our stay (2 nights).

It is in a great location with lots of eataries near by. Right opposite is a nice little church which most people seem to pass by. The city sights are well within walking distance.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is ok, since it is close to the mayor sites, but there are other places to stay that are closer and in better areas. This hotel has friendly staff and a nice breakfast area. The decor is ordinary, grey and a little flat. Our room was below average, with damaged baseboards, lifted up carpet and horrible hard bed. NH Hotels like to rate themselves one or two stars above reality. I do not recommend it.
