“Good location, friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

I liked very much this hotel (pension). We lived on the last floor, right near the terrace. There is a good view from the top and a very romantic terrace to spend an evening on. And there was a guy, Oleg, he hepled us a lot with our heavy bags. Thank you very much.
In my next visit to Sevilla I will stay here again.

The pension is located in the city center and near shopping and easy to walk to places to eat and drink. We encountered 2 staff members, on the weekend. One young man, Oleg, was amazing! he speaks fluent Spanish, and English, as well as his own native language. He was extremely helpful and courteous!
As for the rooms, comfortable, but A/C did not work well in one of the 2 rooms, we had. it's entrance is just off a busy calle ( street) and you go directly up a flight of stairs, to check in desk. not so easy getting up with luggage, no elevators. the cold breakfast included but very basic; tea and coffee available at all times, with attendant on duty 24/7.
the parking is horrible! We had to park at a garage under the 'El Cotes Ingles' mall, a couple blocks away; very expensive parking but secure. you come up from the garage directly into the mall.

Room Tip: look for accommodations recommended by Rick Steeves in his Spain 2013 travel guide. we never wen wr...

This hostel is located walking distance from all the main sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is great value especially with breakfast included which is simple but very filling to get you started for the big days of sightseeing. I only realised on the last day that there is a cute little rooftop terrace to chill out in. Would stay again.

Great central location. Fabulous staff, especially Oleg, who couldn't do enough to help us. We lucked in with a quiet, inward-facing room on the courtyard. Lots of space for two. Agreeable breakfast room. Ample but plain breakfast. Cereal was sugared and there was no juice (both especially important for diabetics). We augmented with better bread, cheese and fruit. Great value and a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: Plain, simple accomodation. Great value. Great central location. You and your luggage must use the s...
