“A modern twist on traditional Tapas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2013

Tourists are welcomed as warmly as the loyal locals. The menu boats traditional tapas dishes which are served and presented in a contemporary style to match the restaurant's décor. We were given some small free samples of new dishes to try and owners seemed genuinely interested in our honest opinions. The staff here are clearly closely knit and are all very passionate about the business. The servings were ample and the drinks were poured with a very heavy hand! We were pleasantly surprised to see the bill which was exceptionally reasonable for the high quality of food and service that we received. I will definitely return to Panduro when next I find myself in Seville.

“Charming Tapas Bar”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2013

Charming little place, opened at 8:30 on Thursday night. It was clear this was a local favorite as many guests were greeted by staff upon entering. We were welcomed with great olives and enjoyed a bottle of Vaya Pasada Verdejo. The wine was crisp and nicely chilled and paired well with the food. The chicken curry was our fav, the name of the dish is not an obvious choice for a tapas place but it was outstanding. It is served on a bed of spring greens and guacamole. We also enjoyed the grilled octopus with aioli and salmorejo with asparagus. Little English is spoken, but just enough to get by. Service was fantastic. One of our best dining experiences during a week in Spain.

“Excellent food but service slow at times.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

A very popular place, we went on a Tuesday night when we thought it would be quieter and we still had to wait for a table. The tapas were excellent and a good size, the chicken with guacamole being our favourite. We also tried the green risotto and the tuna tataki, all the dishes offer a twist on the usual tapas and are well presented.

The only complaint we had was that the service was very slow at times. There were only two front of house staff, one behind the bar and one waiter. Our order was taken fairly quickly and the food arrived in good time, but after delivering our food the waiter seemed to lose interest in us. We had to wait for quite a while and tried more than a few times to get his attention for more drinks. It almost ruined what had been up to then a good experience.

The two of us shared three tapas and including drinks our bill came to less than €24, which isn't cheap for tapas but was good value for the quality of food.

“Delicious, modern tapas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

A real find! Delicious, modern tapas, very creatively presented and extremely reasonably priced.
We ate 5 tapas with wine, water, dessert and coffee for 40€. Everything we ate was delicious, but I particuarly recommend the Tataki de Atun, slabs of tuna in a very tasty sauce with thinly sliced apples, the gazpacho with gambas and the creamy green rice. They have a good selection of wine by the glass. We had a very friendly waitress who made us feel like regulars on our second visit. The restaurant is small and very lively, so get there early or make a reservation. It's on a side-street a little off the beaten path, but only a 10-minute walk from town center.
