“Fabulous little B&B well worth a visit......”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

The B&B is in a fantastic location in the middle of town, near all the main attractions. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine in terms of quality, but choice was quite limited. The room we had (207) was small but perfectly adequate and the bathroom was of a good size, with a double shower cubicle. It was quite basic but exceptionally clean, we had an internal window which was different, but being at the back of the B&B it was very quiet and aided restful sleep.... It also had a great roof terrace, where you can sit and chat, taking up your own wine, beer and snacks etc and watch the sunset..... beautiful...! One criticism is that there is no safe in the room, but the B&B does provide a private safety deposit box which was more than adequate.

Would I recommend this B&B?...yes, and I would stay again?...yes. The rooms are basic, but have a cosy Spanish feel and it doesn't have a lift, again not a problem for us, as we are very fit and able, but so if you do struggle with your mobility, you might want to reconsider. But we liked the place and would certainly stay again.

A great location, near most attractions, particularly the Musee des Beaux Artes which is about 5 minutes walk away.
25% discount on parking at Plaza Armas but do park there first & walk to the hotel as the roads around the hotel are narrow & difficult & if you stop outside the hotel you completely block the road. We drove there & unfortunately the receptionist drew the car park location in the wrong place on a map, so we wasted quite a lot of time finding it.
Room nice, lovely old half tiled walls, but no windows at all. Got twin beds despite requesting double. Breakfast was OK with reasonable variety (but no cheese) & in a nice, if rather crowded, room. Roof terrace was closed for maintenance. Good value

Room Tip: Check if the room will have windows if that's a problem for you

Would come for second time here. Few variation on breakfast menu but enough to suit my need and give energy to start my day . Also cozy bed for a good sleep. The in charge person during my stay is a very friendly person . A good computer with internet service is available but the stream is quite slow which is quite frustrating but it didnt really bother me since im very tired with my traveling and didnt hv energy to be on the net.

This is a great place to stay in Seville. It's a short walk from the sights and shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and at the desk, always. There were also always women around cleaning teh halls and breakfast room. The front desk offered advice on transport and maps and information at check-in. I arrived at Palaza de Armas bus station and it is also very close to there. For 23 Euros a night I got a small room with private bath, TV, and aircon. The room was basic and at the top of stairs in the Casa Chica, but I didn't mind. Also, there is a simple breakfast with good coffee every morning. The roof deck was beautiful and the building itself is charming. I could get another B and B's free wifi in my room, but if not you can use the hotel free wifi in the public areas. I would go back.

We stayed in this B&B in June 2010 for three nights. It was i very decent place, the room was spacious, clean and had confy beds. The location was great, all main attractions were within walking distance. They serve basic breakfast in their lobby. It was situated in a lovely street, had a nice atmosphere. It definietly serves your need and a great value for money. If you are not after luxury I highly recmmend the place.

Well, it's a beautiful looking place, maybe not so much from the outside but the inside is a real treat! Really Spanish feeling and we were really surprised. Our room was at the front so I was a bit concerned it may be noisy but it really wasn't. It's located really centrally; the Cathedral and Real Alcazar are within about 10 minutes and 20 minutes’ walk - depending on your route and pace! We only paid 30Euros for the night with a Continental breakfast and found this to be excellent value for money. The room was clean enough, plenty of towels but the bed wasn't very comfy, no extra pillows (although I'm sure if I had asked...) but a good shower and suited us perfectly for the minimal amount of time we spent in there. We needed a cheap place for an overnight stay that was central and not too far from the airport for an early morning flight and this ticks all the boxes. Lovely place, feel lucky to have found it!
If I had paid any more than 30Euros (for the 2 of us with breakfast) I may have wanted friendlier staff perhaps, extra pillows and a room that was a bit better than what feels more like a back packers room. But - perfect for the money and perfect for the night!
Seville tip – This was my 3rd visit to Seville (I have family living nearby) so try not to eat in the restaurants around the Cathedral if you can help it. Really overpriced tourist traps and not always great food.

A very good hotel, it's situated in the center of Seville's city. A very good location for me and my friends
It was a better place than we could imagine.
It is clean and very comfortable, it has an owner toilet.
