“excellent apart-hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013

This is a newly renovated apartment hotel. probably the best value of the vacation. for 100 usd you get a full 1 bedroom. internet. fairly centrally located, with a 15 min, pleasant walk to the happening area nearby, and the rest of the center as well. tourist bus stops just down the block. square near hotel has plenty of dining (none that we saw that was high end though). Staff is reasonably friendly (in a spanish way), and garage is convenient. one way streets around the hotel are a bit of a pain.

We arrived at the expensive Ferdia time in April but really enjoyed all the fun. The room was big with a large sitting room, good wi-fi and a great breakfast for 5 euro set us up for the day. Its a 20 minutes walk to the centre of town but well worth being away from all that in a quiet location.

Room Tip: The only sound hear is the noise of the other guests cases wheels on the paved ground floor early i...

The hotel is situated outside the city centre which is about 20 minutes walk. The rooms are complete apartments with a large bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. Quite sparsely furnished but everything is there. The hotel itself does not have much to offer. There is no bar or communal areas and no proper restaurant, just a room where a very basic breakfast is available. The hotel has its own paid underground garage with the entrance in the alley next to the hotel. Quite easy to find (check it out on google maps & street view beforehand). Its best to leave the car there and get around by walking or taxi. Its not the sort of hotel I would book personally but was pre-booked by the travel agent. There are quite a few bars and tapas restaurants very close by.

Clean and welcoming apartment close to ameneties and bus route. Stayed here with my partner and father for a week in April. Room was basic and included separate bedroom, sofa bed, kitchenette and dining table and chairs. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. Few utensils in kitchen so bring a kettle. Breakfast can be purchased, as much as you can eat for 5 euros. Staff friendly and twenty four hour reception. You can also buy toasted ham roll and coffe for breakfast at nearest bar to the left on corner by hotel for good price.

Downside is no welcome book and spent much of the week searching out markets etc only to find one close by on last day!

Number of markets in Seville closest one is five minute walk away. Turn left out of hotel, straight across the square, walk left of playground. Behind this is two bars and you should see church straight ahead. The market is next door on the left and sells good quality fruit, veg, fish and meat more reasonable than the rest of seville.
If you turn right out of hotel and follow the road buses run frequently from the end, also lovely canel walk that takes you near the cathedral. nice deli along the way, shop opposite hotel sells all the basics.
Cathedral is about twenty minutes walk through streets with numerous small shops and tapas bars. Expect to pay minimum 5 euros for tapas and you'll need quite a few, 1.50 for coffee or small beer and 5 euro for a short.
If you go left out of the hotel you are right on the Almeda square buzzes with life most of night, plenty of bars and tapas. Bring a dictionary very few people speak English and menu's in Spanish.

Staying during a particularly wet and cold Holy Week. The quest for four extra blankets delivered one at night. Everything in this so called apart hotel is minimal but not the comparative price. Kitchen stuff felt as if the previous clients must have run away with half of it. Four hangers for a whole place for four people seems a bit minimal. The beds were extremely hard. Service mechanical and impersonal including the cafeteria. The place is cleverly done but in need of serious investment if it wants to survive. Completely unimpressed.

Room Tip: Try to understand choices from them when booking if possible or check in. The hotel is very noisy

We had a bit of trouble locating the entrace to the hotel, and how to park the car in the garage, but once we were in, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, with kitchen and living area. I would agree with other comments that things are worn, and kitchen equipment mismatched, but the facilities really served a purpose during our four night stay. The rooms were extremelly clean. The location of the hotel makes it easy to locate food and drink in the evenings.
