I use to go to this hotel, is one star and never had a problem, good location, 200 mts from the Catedral. There are people cleaning all time. Even when I changed my reservation (3 times) they didnt charge me.

This hotel was overpriced for the quality, cleanliness, and customer service we received. We toured Spain and Portugal for three and a half weeks in September 2002 and were on the whole very pleased with our accomodations. Hotel Europa was the most expensive hotel/hostal that we stayed in and it was by FAR the worst value. Our room was dirty, nothing worked in the room including the shower and air conditioning, and there was a total lack of customer service from the front desk.
When I asked to put in an official complaint, the the Front Desk person pretended he did not understand what I meant (he had spoken and understood English perfectly up until that point). Seville is a wonderful city to see but if you can avoid this hotel your Seville experience will be that much better

Stayed in 4 Hotels throughout Spain and this was the worst, and most expensive!! The only reason it gets a 'terrible' is because of its location, so imagine if the location had of been bad!!!!!

Location was good, but often got lost returning to the hotel.

Room was tiny and bathroom even tinier. Did not seem to be a good value.
