We just arrived from a beautiful one day trip to Seville in which we included a visit to the Fine Arts Museum, (" Museo de Bellas Artes"). In our case the service provided to my group of students has been quite disappointing due to several reasons . First of all they did not provide any brochure, small guide or any map or information of any sort of the museum to orientate the visit. Besides, our entrance to the museum ( under reservation) was delayed 20 minutes without any excuse or explanation. Students were received under a very unwellcoming athmosphere in which they where exhorted to rush through the different halls without leaving them a reasonable period of time to observe the paintings, making them change to the other room when they hadn't even started with the previous one. Museum guards literally scolded our group several times for being talking too much (as the teacher I can guarante they weren't even talking loud, they were just talking about the works they were watching) as well as the four teachers in charge for not being close enough to the group. Personally, I do not understant how we could be away from a group of 30 students in a 30 mt2. room. Due to this attitude , my students couldn't pay the necessary attention to the art exhibited and went back home with the sour sensation of having missed out on one of the finest pictorical collections.
