“Good location, but...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 weeks ago

I stayed there for a couple of nights for holiday. Location is great, just few min walking from plaza san francisco and the catedral, as well as bars and restaurant.
The Hotel is clean with nice bathroom in the room. The size is not great, we had a room of 9sqm I believe and I didn't like that much that was facing to the patio. The worst thing was the mattress, one of the worst that I have ever found in a hotel, please get a new one! They have a garage parking facilities (12€ a day) but is few min walking away, not the best.

We had trouble finding this hotel, but once we did we were very happy. It is in a very central part of Seville, which means it is easy to walk to all the attractions, and restaurants or just take a stroll. The hotel was very attractive and quiet, our room opened into a small patio, which was shared with the room next door. There was no window to open (just the door) but the air conditioning was very efficient and quiet.
Some of the rooms opened onto a central courtyard, which meant that everyone coming in could see in and we never realized there was a roof terrace!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was no restaurant, but there were plenty of places to get breakfast.

Room Tip: Make sure you have a room with outside facing windows.

Only one night here but couldn't fault it. Clean; modern; comfortable bed; nice bathroom with good shower. Great service. Also it was very good value for money as it lies bang in the centre of Seville so you can walk to see all the main attractions. No breakfast facilities but plenty of great little cafe's very near.

However be warned if you have a car! Firstly finding the hotel is not easy and secondly, when you finally arrive you discover it is a cul de sac and you have to reverse to get out along a very tight alleyway. There is no parking available so you have to use the public parks which cheapest is E13 per 24hrs (book it with the hotel) but most are around E20 /24hrs.

If you are on foot then nothing to complain about at all - but then this isn't really a complaint re parking so much as a heads up. From what I could understand even if the hotel does have its own parking you will still be paying a similar amount......

Hey! Don't forget this is a BUDGET hotel so don't expect 5 star standards but as I say, clean, friendly, comfortable and very convenient with a very low price c/w many others in the area.

Room Tip: Our room a double (No12) faced onto the alley so a window to the outside but others only have intern...

We were impressed by this hotel, excellent value right in the centre of Seville, a short walk from the Cathedral and Barrio Santa Cruz and from the nightlife area Alameda Hercules. The reception staff were all so friendly. The room itself ticked all the boxes, light, clean and comfortable. We paid for a balcony room, the balcony isn't actually big enough to sit out on, but this wasn't a problem at all as there is a great, well-furnished roof terrace for enjoying early evening drinks once the sun has started to go down. We paid 25€ pppn, which was excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Pay for a balcony room, I think they're lighter

I discovered this hotel on the internet. I am here in Sevilla on business and wanted to be in a comfortable place that made me feel at home. I did not want to stay in a place that felt like a typical tourist hotel. This hotel is very quiet and private. It is charming and clean. I was fortunate to stay in one of the en suite rooms and it has been great. After a day at work, it is comfortable to come "home" here. The neighborhood is delightful and close to restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. You are in the middle of the best shopping neighborhood, but off of the main area in a quaint and quiet residential area. I love it here, and will always stay here in the future.

Room Tip: I stayed in a room with private bath. It was very nice. Had I been with family, there is a full size...

Excellent place. Was a little bit more expensive because we searched on booking.com and when we went to their site they had better deals. Anyway, they upgraded our bedroom because the one we has smelled like cigarette. Thank you! We are planning on staying one more night.

The room we had is basic, no frills. One thing this hotel has going for it is cleanliness.
Everything is exceptionally clean here. The bathroom is immaculate. The room is small,
and very basic with only one chair. We have wifi which is great and heating, too. Its nice
and warm. The drawbacks to me are no tea/coffee making in the room and the parking
issue. To park its about 20 minutes away and you have to take a taxi back. The street the
hotel is on - no cars are allowed! This is very inconvenient as luggage must be dragged
to the hotel through a busy pedestrian thorough fair. Trying to find the hotel in the
"old city" was no picnic either.
