We visited in September so didnt expect much water in the marshes....there was none so no waterbirds at all. We did see red deer, fallow deer, a fox and a lot of birds of prey but these were in the main a long way off and you certaily needed the binoculars they issue.
We were not in one of the large vehicles shown but in a smaller van with windows that did not open so much of what we saw was through dusty, closed windows.
The guide did speak english but struggled to engage us and was often speaking/thinking to himself or speaking to the people sat up front with him with his microphone turned on so context was lost and we were often confused.
