Pure madness under fluro lighting...this place is like a rugby scrum in the World Cup, every man for himself & survival of the fittest. But rest assured, the amazingly onto it team don't miss a beat...they have got the whole place clocked and your turn will come when it is your turn...sometimes you need to be patient, and as I warned you, it can be a scrum to get to the bar. But well worth it. This bar has the world's best deep fried shelled prawns. Personally, I avoid deep fried like the plague...but if they happen to put one of these prawns on your tapa plate, that's it...there's no going back...you're going to order them & they are worth every penny; by no means expensive. This place is about seafood, occasionally you'll get served paella or tempura veges (fabulous!), but usually it's fish tapas. From the menu you can order the world's best sweetbreads....another thing I would never dream of ordering, but these guys have got it down pat on every level. Mad love & respect to the Los Diamantes crew. As a bonus, they are all pretty easy on the eye for the ladies too :-)
