The hotel in general was very nice. Clean, modern and a short cab ride to the Alhambra area. The only downside was spotty wifi in the room and a so so shower but the spa makes staying at this hotel 100% worth it! For only 20€ you can get a 60 minute circuit in their hydrotheraputic spa, basically the most amazing pool with jets, massaging showers and seats in the pool, etc. plus a steam room, sauna and other fun things. That alone is fantastic but for only 10€ more or on Wednesdays during their special (when we went) for only 5€ more you also get a 15 minute massage at tr end. Hands down best spa experience in a real long time!

Super modern hotel, but location is out of the way for the touristy spots. There was very little service as well, the hotel seemed a bit empty, but we didn't really need any service. Breakfats was good.

Wifi works great. Friendly staff.
But, far away from centrum, ridiculous mini-bar, breakfast is not that great either.
The shower is super slippery, no bath, not a relaxing experience.
The rooms are also very hot, even with the airco on.

Bottom line I wouldn't advice this hotel and it's not worth four stars

This Hotel is very nice Excellent Rooms (the Spanish way is to have seperate beds pushed together no idea why but other hotels on our tour the same).The hotel is on the edge of Granada which makes it easy to find if you are driving like we were.The staff on the desk were most helpful and told us about the bus from round the corner( they spoke English!) it cost 1.20 Euro for the bus to the centre which stops very close to the cathedral.The buses run every 5-10 minutes so not a long wait.If you prefere a Taxi back cost us 5 Euro.A very good hotel especially if you want to avoid driving the lovely but very small and badly signposted roads of city centre Granada.
