You get an immediate feel of tranquillity and welcome when you walk in the door. Very wellcoming frontdesk. Beautiful central area with peaceful fountain. Very friendly efficient staff.
Rooms VERY quiet. Hotel opened in Feb 2007. Extremely comfortable beds with great shower (no bath) good toiletries and high quality towels and towelling robes.

Breakfast (not included) costs 12Euros and is simple and typically Spanish. - parma ham, chorizo, cheeses, fresh fruit and really good coffee and herb teas.
Paid 140 euros per room per night in December. Astonishing value for this quality. They say they are a 4 star but this is genuine 5 star quality.

Excellent hotel in every way. The interior of the hotel is stunning and the outside patio area is beautifull. Our room was good size, very clean and very comfortable beds. The staff was great. This was our first trip to Granada so we were bothering the front desk staff frequently and they were always very nice and helpfull.

Stunning 31 room boutique hotel in a great location, would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Despite not being allocated the room we had booked, we were moved into the correct room for our 2nd and 3rd nights without any problems.

Pluses
- good location, close enough for attractions and shops but just far enough away so not kept up at night with bars etc.
- stunning room with highest quality fixtures and fittings
- traditional building but with elegant modern decor
- very quiet
- the most comfortable bed, we usually do not bother with siestas in Spain but we did here.

Negs
- no information on restaurant not a menu in sight after asking they didn't bother so we didn't
- charging extra for the spa is a bit cheap
- breakfast was expensive but there are hundred of places in the city
to eat so not a problem.
