Stayed for 3 nights. Booked hotel through Yeego.com and got a good rate of 168 euros for three nights (room only). Breakfast buffet OK for 9 euros each. Underground car park 8 euros per day (book and pay reception, you can enter and leave as many times as you want. Dont use pay machine in carpark).

Hotel reception staff very helpful. Rooms quiet and clean with usual facilities.

Bus stop within 100 metres of hotel. Short journey only 1 euro per person into centre of Granada. Taxi 5 euros.

All in all a excellent hotel. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

The quality of the room and its maintenance appeared as excellent.
The location is easy to find coming by car from the highway.
Just a few (e.g. 5) euros by taxi from/to the centre of the town or something less to the Alhambra (2 km ca).

Underground parking with direct access to the lobby/rooms via elevator.

The only minor defect I could experience was the relatively low temperature of hot water, so that I had to wait a long while before the temperature of the "all hot" water was sufficient for the shower.

Another problem I experienced was the limited housekeeping service.

The day after my first night, I returned to the hotel at lunch time.
My room had not been cleaned yet and the maid knocked at my door while I was inside (despite the "do not disturb" sign).
I asked her to come back in an hour.

The room was never cleaned that day: I later understood that the housekeeping personnel left at 2pm.

My room was left among the last to be cleaned: I was in the room just one hour during the day and that was sufficient to prevent normal housekeeping services.

Anyway I obtained fresh towels and bathroom amenities when I came back to my room in the late evening.

I understand this is not a large international hotel, so expectations must be set accordingly.

Apart from these minor troubles, it would be an excellent 5 points evaluation.

This is a really fantastic hotel for the price. We stayed for three nights in late July and everything was pretty much perfect. It is a little way out of town, on a not very promising looking roundabout but a cab into the centre of Granada or to the Alhambra is less than 5 euros and there is really no noise at all from the road, even on the terrace. The staff were unfailingly helpful and polite, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, a/c works well and public areas (including the pool) are pleasant, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

loved this hotel - very new and modern, great pool area, fantastic breakfast buffet - and fantastic value for money. Very close to Alhambra, and easy to find.
