This is a very comfortable hotel in a good location. This is an NH hotel and they are always comfortable, clean and smart. It was in a busy place (Puerta Real) but noise was not a problem. Our room was great - everything you might need was there,

We did not have breakfast at the hotel - instead we went to Pasteleria Lopez-Mesquita across the road in Reyes Catolicos and had marvellous coffee and pastries - top quality - in great surroundings - very traditional and very popular with the locals.

It was very easy to get a taxi or little bus up to the Albaicin at any time of the day. We did toy with the idea of staying in the Albaicin area where there are very characterful hotels but we were glad we stayed here because it was so comfortable.

We had booked our trip to the Alhambra online before we left home and it all worked out well as you can pick your date and time of entry. It was an incredible experience - an amazing sight! We had dinner in a carmen I think it was Las Tomasas which overlooked the Alhambra which was lit up at night - it was magical. The food was a little disappointing but the view and the terrace were atmospheric. We had a good dinner at Restaurante Sevilla near the Royal Chapel. A small dining room but very traditional and charming.

There were great sights to see but would not have managed so well without Rick Steves book - it put the whole of Granada in perspective - buses, taxis, sights, restaurants, cafes, layout of the city and opening times for everything, never leave home without it. Off to Cordoba next on early train. We would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 7 nights after reading Tripadvisor reviews.Superb position right in the heart of a beautiful city.Suggest you ask for a room facing the courtyard for quietness.Young ,solicitous staff-always helpful. After experience ,have booked next holiday in Spain with same hotel chain.

I loved this hotel!
It is a beautiful, quaint hotel right in the centre of the action!!
The hotel is located on a major intersection in Grenada, and is very close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. and surprisingly, the hotel was also quiet at night (although I had a room facing the inner courtyard, which may have helped).
The service at the hotel was excellent...the housekeepers are super-friendly, and the front-desk staff were very helpful, and more than willing to answer any questions, or give us advice.
The interior of the hotel also had a modern and contemporary design, with comfortable beds.
It was a good value for the $, and I would definately stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in September. We chose this hotel based on reviews in Trip Advisor, though it was not listed in our guide book.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located. It's in the newer, lower part of town which we found more convenient. Our taxi dropped us right at the door, which is not possible for some of the hotels in the old part of town.

We booked an internal courtyard room which was very quiet, but these rooms only come with twin beds. All the furnishings and fitout seemed fairly new. The staff spoke good English and were quite helpful. There was also free Internet access in their business centre.

We did not eat at the hotel as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Be warned though, if you like to eat early in the evenings, as many of the restaurants don't open till 8 pm or later. We loved Granada and the locals seemed surprisingly tolerant of tourists.

We arrived at this hotel on spec and asked if they had a room available for the night. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless and nicely decorated. Bathroom was lovely too.
Near everything, very central.
Good value for money too.
