We arrived at this hotel on spec and asked if they had a room available for the night. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room was spotless and nicely decorated. Bathroom was lovely too.
Near everything, very central.
Good value for money too.

We stayed here for two nights in July 2007. We booked a standard room. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed . . . everything you would expect from a nice business hotel. The NH is modern and sleek, you won't get charming here. The staff was helpful and spoke excellent English. Parking was interesting and we were glad that we had a small car. We would certainly stay here again.

Was confident that if this hotel was #1 rated by TripAdvisor, I would be ok staying there for 2 nights while visiting Granada. I was right. Hotel was easy to find, very good location in the city, near shopping and restaurants and cultural sites, quiet rooms, modern rooms, very friendly front desk staff, good quality beds and television. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you TripAdvisor and contriburing members.

Room was comfortable- and clean - and well furnished. The location is great for walking to almost all sites- for exploring the city and enjoying the ambiance of the cafes - and squares.

After reading other reviews, we did have the hotel staff secure those hard to get Alhambra tickets for us - which they did before we arrived!
