My husband and I stayed at this lovely little hotel on the 2nd leg of our honeymoon. We took a train from Seville, then a taxi from the train station. The taxi driver (who was a miserable little man) decided to drop us all the way at the other end of the block and told us to walk down the road to the hotel.. its located on a great (foot-traffic only) street full of Tapas Bars and restaurants. It was a little unnerving having to roll our suitcases down the cobblestone street while people are eating and drinking only to find out that the taxi could have dropped us on the other corner at which the hotel is actually located on!
When we finally made it to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised! It’s quite serene and calming! There is a beautiful courtyard after the front desk & the room was a bit small but very clean and decorated nicely. Our window looked out right over the street with the restaurants. It was a little noisy at night but it was nice to hear people enjoying themselves! The bathroom was exceptionally nice! And the AC worked great in the 100 degree heat! There is also a little breakfast room downstairs that served a nice meal in the morning.
The hotel is located in a great location - you can set off by foot in any direction and have plenty to see and do! The staff was kind enough to book us an excellent tour of the Alhambra which conveniently picked us up right outside the hotel. It was a great day trip and so nice that they were able to find such a great tour group.
I would defiantly recommend this wonderful little boutique hotel for anyone who plans on visiting Granada!
