Hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful with local sightseeing, Alhambra transport guidance, etc. Large and clean rooms were just the place to escape after long days taking in the city. Chose it for the price and the proximity to the train station, which allowed us to walk to our departure upon check-out.

We stumbled into the Holel Abadia lobby tired lost and were treated to some of the best real service in the world. The guest service rep had guided us into the intersting location with patience and care. She insisted on parking our car herself. Marquetta (sp) gave us great recommendations and directions. She told to get to our room, relax and she would deal with the paperwork at our leasure. If I were a local hotel, I would steal this amazing employee, but I hope we see her again on our next stay.
The hotel is wonderful. Clean, remodeled with a cute garden in the center. The view of Granada rooftops was special.
The location was very convenient, but a bit strange on a dark back alley. Not really a problem. There parking situation is very good if you are driving, and reasonable for Granada.
The value was incredible.

I was on trip to Granada with 2 friends, we booked the hotel 2 hours before our arrival around midnight. Yet the room was clean and ready, the staff was expecting us.
The price was very reasonable, almost too good to be true given the advantages of the hotel: well situated, close to the touristic spots (yet not in the old town), Air conditioner, free internet, charming atmosphere, very friendly staff. So i was constantly looking for the hidden bad surprise, but couldn't find any!

The hotel was such a great deal. The rooms are lovely. The A/C worked well. There is a computer in the lobby area that guests can use. The only downside is that the location was such that we didn't want to walk near the hotel too late after dark. On the plus side, its location makes for a very short walk to the train station.
