I booked this hotel about 5 minutes before I checked in. It was a good find overall. The location is on a fairly busy street with a lot of noise. It could definitely keep you up. We had a terrible time finding the hotel (even with GPS), finding parking and then getting up to the hotel with our bags from the parking garage. Their check-in system needs work, but the staff were helpful.
The hotel has 2 buildings: the older palace building and a new modern one. We stayed in the modern one--all white with a black couch. The room was large and had a comfy bed, plasma TV, a couch and a really fantastic bathroom. Read other reviews for more info. Also great toiletries. When you check in they also tell you that you can use the spa, sauna etc. The restaurant was all booked up so I didn't try it.
One thing I didn't love was the location. Granada has some really charming areas and this was not one. It was very commercial, not terribly clean looking and didn't make me feel safe at night. (I live in New York City so I'm used to city streets). There are stores everywhere though so if you are looking to shop, this may be a good spot.
My Granada tip: eat at Los Tomases. Its in the Albycin (I may be spelling that wrong) area and overlooks the Alhambra. It may sound touristy but does not feel that way. The food is excellent and the staff is terrific.
