This hotel is in a street with a very steep incline which leads direct to the Alhambra. It is not possible to drive to it. We parked by arrangement in a central car park which the hotel offers at a discount rate and took a taxi when arriving.

We paid extra for a room with a view of the Cathedral on the top floor. The room was extremely modern, clean, bright and well equiped. It was one of the smallest rooms I have stayed in.

The hotel is a modern conversion of an old building with the original shell remaining. The staff speak english and are evry customer orientated. The briefing at Reception when we arrived was extremely informative about the hotel and the surrounding area They provide a five page information sheet giving a summary of recommended restaurants, cafes etc. in the area.

The Alhambra defies description. Do not walk up the street to it from the hotel unless you are young an fit. Taxis and buses are available (at the bottom of the street) as a preferred alternative. Use the personal audio smstem and be sure to go early. The hotel will pre-book tickets for you which is well worth doing.

The hotel is not cheap for a 3 star and the breakfast is relatively expensive.

On balance I believe it provides excellent value for money - particularly in view of the service provided by the staff. I would recommend it.

Well located, this hotel was a surprise. Very, very good hotel. For the price paid (72 euros) we got a great room, free internet access and great services and tips from the staff.
To access the hotel you have to walk up just a little in the street.
The plaza near the hotel is great to have brakfest, lunch or dinner.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early June. The hotel really is in a perfect location..everything is walkable and being in the old part of town its all very picturesque. The staff all spoke excellent english and were extremely helpful. The room was v. clean with a well stocked and reasonably priced mini-bar. The little courtyard is lovely for just chilling out after a busy day's sightseeing. The only negative I found was the breakfast. For the same price you can go out and get a lovely fully cooked breakfast.

Stayed for 4 nights in June 2007, Where to start. Location, fantastic, only 50 meters from Plaza Neaveu where you can get food and drinks and more importantly you can catch the bus up to the Alhambra. Also easy walking distance to get around, only 10 minute walk to the Citadel and for only 5 minutes walk to the shops for all you shoppers. The old part of Granada is across the square from this hotel. Hotel. Rooms, a bit small but modern, clean, air-con and comfortable beds, Staff. Helpfull and knowledgable. on checking in hotel staff provided us with a detial map of Granada and marked down key areas for Tapas, Arabic food and anything else of interest. About Granada. I would recommend it to everyone, People are friendly, Buses are cheap to get aroung, 1 euro to get to the alahambra of even Scaramento and the food is out of this world, shop around for places to eat and stay of the main tourist routes, you will find all types of dishes to eat. Also bus from the airort is only 3 euro to the bus station and the 2 euros to the centre of Granada.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. PLeasantly surprised to find english speaking hotel staff that were also extremely helpful. Our room, on the second floor was smallish, but with very nice minimalist decor. Excellent location, 10 minute walk up the street to Alhambra, and very close to the centre of town (50m from Puerta Nueva), tapas bars and nightlife. Good hotel, price reasonable for what it offers. Breakfast was not included, however, and 8 euros per person per day, there is a small but adequate buffet available within the hotel. Would come back here..
