Based on reviews on this website, we stayed here for two nights in July 2007. It was a perfect choice. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the Alhambra, and it was only about 70 euros/night (remember that was July 2007, so prices may be higher now due to the exchange rate). The front desk staff was extremely helpful in booking our Alhambra tickets ahead of time, and they were friendly while we were there. They also speak English which was helpful, as our Spanish is terrible. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are small. But we expected that, and literally just wanted a place to sleep at night. The room was very clean, and I had no complaints about the bathroom. For the price, we were extremely happy with this hotel for a short stay. For longer than 3 days, I might have wanted a bit more space to spread out.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, based mostly on reviews from this site saying that it was overpriced. There are tons of places within walking distance to get a coffee and a breakfast bread or pastry.
Do not try to rent a car and park at this place -- you can't. It's in a fenced off pedestrian zone that only taxis and other specific vehicles have access to. You don't need a car in Granada anyway.
