We stayed as part of a coach tour. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, provided useful map, hotel walking distance from centre, rooms functional. We had no TV but others did. Only one woman manning the bar pre evening meal so slowish service at peak time, otherwise OK. Everyone felt the food was poor. Our rep was told there will be a new chef from July 1st. No help to us. Disappointing.

I read the previous review of this hotel and was a bit concerned - until I realised the reviewer had reviewed a Don Juan which must be elsewhere - there is no pool at this hotel !

Booked 3 rooms via (---) for 50 euros a night each.

The rooms were of a good size, very well decorated with good quality fittings. The bathrooms were very good, clean and modern with good showers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The facilities are quite basic - bar and restaurant, but again spotless with friendly staff.

The location was central with nice plazas and squares being about a 10 minute walk, a very convenient location.

Al Hambra is a must - book online at their own website, good rates.

All in all, a good hotel for the money in a good location. No hesitation in recommending it.

Certainly not worth the money... rather shabby, with small rooms (not much larger than an average person), very noisy, poor A/C, and located in a dumpy neighborhood not close to anything special short of a grocery store... the pool/sundeck is nice, however they should spend their money and efforts on updating the rooms and making those more pleasant... prepare to do a lot of walking if you choose this place, and watch yourself on the street, it's a shambles just a block over to the west...
