Although we only stayed one night the hotel was excellent. The room was clean, well decorated and amenities were good.
They were extremely helpful in arrangements for travel and car parking, and also in reserving tickets for the Alhambra which saved a lot of time.
We would certainly return there and recommend it to anyone who is looking for something slightly different from the usual chain hotel.

This hotel has it all. First, it has character. This 17th century hotel is in the moorish area of Granada on a charming back street. There is a lovely courtyard in the center. Second, it is stratefically located close to the Sacramonte as well as the Alhambra. Third, the staff is friendly and helpful. Fourth, the amenities are superlative. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. There is even a shaving/makeup mirror in the bath. The breakfasts are the best we enjoyed in our travels through Europe. Along with the usual fare, they offer lots of fresh fruit and an elegant ambiance in the breakfast area. At eight each night, they have free hors douvres as well as wine. All in all, we enjoyed a superlative experience

We loved this place because it has everything - friendly and very efficient staff, very clean rooms, breakfast - all the basics done really well.....and none of the gym,meeting rooms, concierge, bag carriers stuff we never use on a city break and end up paying for in 4* and 5* hotels. We were in room 7 which was small and quiet as it overlooked the inner courtyard. To be hyper critical, a bar would have been nice for late night drink...but the lounge is relaxing and you can get a bottle of wine from the bodega in the early evening. The location could not be better, look for plaza santa ana on the map at the foot of the alhambra hill...also 30 yards from taxi rank for getting back to the airport (25 euro in at night, 17 euro back during day) . All round excellent - wish we had 20 others around the world just like this one...

Can only repeat all the great reviews of this hotel. Hidden away but when you reach there - WOW!! What a welcome & terrific location. Breakfast is amazing. Make it brunch & it keeps you going until evening. I really appreciated all the fresh fruit that was offered as well as the usual breakfast items. A lovely touch - olives, crisps & drinks were available free before going out in the evening. Staff know the good restaurants to visit. Can't wait to return.
