Excellent service friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel was very conveniently situated and tastefully restored. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff.
Would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

We stayed for 2 nights only, and it was much too short! The hotel is a boutique hotel right in the Albaicin quarter - THE place in Granada. Had the loveliest room, with a view of the Alhambra, and a balcony to sit in and watch it! Friendly, helpful staff - two cheers for Ana who helped us a lot! Lovely hotel, built round a leafy patio, intimate informal atmosphere. If in granada again - we are definitely going back there.

  • Liked — The balcony with view of Alhambra
  • Disliked — Not enough sitting space, no desk

We have just returned from a 3 day stay in Granada. The hotel is
near the bus which goes to the Alhambra and also the bus which goes on a round trip via the mirador St Nicholas.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was spotlessly clean the beds comfortable.
The breakfast was a good buffet selection. Our room overlooked the courtyard and was extremely quiet. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Alhambra

Be warned dear travellers we stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon. Upon arrival to a fully booked hotel we were allocated a twin room with the beds pushed together. Having made the booking six months previously with a special request for a double, and a telephone call to the hotel to re-affirm our request. You can imagine our dissapointment. They did upgrade us however when we complained 3 days into our stay which was okay.
They apparently allocate rooms 24 hours before arrival!!!!
So be warned quite clearly any special requests pre stay will probably be totally ignored!.

So in the context of our situation and our experience of this hotel.............Not great i'm afraid.

Hi, Stayed in Miguelettes for 4 nights. I work in a hotel myself and i can safely say the staff in this hotel were exceptionally experienced and absolutely nothing was a problem. Room was lovely, spotless, and breakfast was very good. It is a little bit disappointing that there is no bar, but it is so close to the square, and all the bars allow you to take out, so we had our drinks in the courtyard of hotel. Have absolutely no compaints re hotel. Just one small consideration, maybe some more tables and chairs in the courtyard. Would highly recomment this hotel.
Anyone considering a trip to Granada, DO NOT BOOK A FLAMENCO SHOW. It is a complete rip off.

  • Liked — it was completely spotless.
  • Disliked — the safe, we just could not work it.
