I very much enjoyed my stay in Room Mate Migueletes and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is very well located, nestled in a quiet alley in the Albaicin (in my opinion the most interesting and charming part of town) within easy walking distance of everything worth visiting (including, of course, the Alhambra) and many excellent restaurants.

My room (#2) was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a high ceiling - however, I would recommend requesting another room as my door frequently jammed, making it extremely difficult to open and close, and there was no direct sunlight feeding into the room as the room faced the interior (therefore I also had no view). The AC worked well, as did the wireless, which was free - an added plus.

The staff were exceptional. I dealt with two ladies during my stay, and they were both extremely friendly, helpful and full of good recommendations.

The breakfast was good, available all the way from 7.30am until noon (a plus for late risers), and included in the price of the room.

Perhaps my only criticism is that my stay was relatively expensive, though I consider it to have been worth the price.

Unless your budget allows you to book a stay in the Parador inside the Alhambra grounds, I would suggest this as an excellent choice for a visit to Granada.

We both realy enjoyed our stay at the Room Mate Migueletes, the reception staff were incredibly hepful, finding us Arabic baths, Top Class Restaurants, and recommending places to visit during our stay. The room was light and airy, with a lovely big bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious with little chocolate pastries, mueseli, cheeses, hams and croissants - as well as toasts marmelades and fruits. Fabulous hotel - will recommend to friends and would definitely go back.

Me and my wife stayed here for two nights during our honey-moon in Granada. Perfect location in the old part of town, walking distance to all Granada's attractions including Alhambra. Excellent service, very nice employees and beautiful hotel built in an old town house. Very cool place to be and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a place to stay in Granada. Classy.

I liked this place a lot. The room was comfortable, if small, but that seems to be standard in Europe. It was nicely decorated and had a style in keeping with Granada. The hotel was also very nice looking and felt like authentic Granada. The staff was very cool and helpful.
The Plaza Nueva was about 200 yards away, and you could actually walk to the Alhambra. The breakfast was decent, but you can't beat the price, as it is included in everyone's room rate. We would definitely go back.
