Having read the previous reviews we can only agree! This is the best hotel experience we have ever had over many years of travelling in many countries. Found the hotel via Ryanair website and the hotel's website where a grand experience is offered. The Alhambra Suite was all that the web site promised and was a pleasure to use. We have not seen a hotel that is as much a part of a city's history and culture. The staff are excellent and the manager, Ana Raczkowski, is at the heart of running a very fine hotel. Her pride in the place sets the standards for the staff to follow and they do an excellent job. Congratulations and thanks go to her for making our stay so pleasurable. We could not fault the service of the staff. We loved Granada and the hotel added much to our pleasure. The breakfast is excellent and free internet access allowed us to contact our world after many weeks of travel. The alley that leads to the hotel, though criticised by some, adds to the charm of the hotel. The suite was: spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, well appointed and had a great view of the Alhambra. The hotel is well situated for access to the heart of the city within minutes and by a short walk. We accessed restaurants of value through the hotel's recommendation. I was taught to be cautious with praise but on this occasion it is thoroughly deserved and the Migueletes is very, very highly recommended to all.

We had a wonderfull stay in your hotel. Perfect position, marvelous small hotel style 'once upon the time ...', so harmonic, so clean and accurate in all aspects. Very kind personnel. We felt for these two days living in other times in a noble house. Compliments! I'll certainly recommend you hotel to all my friends, including the most pretending ones. Mariana Onderkova'

The stay was fabulous, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and beatifully decorated and were a real haven for tired travellers.

The staff were fantastic - they all went the extra mile to make bookings and reccommendations and nothing was too much trouble. There were lovely little touches everywhere - from the free drinks in the evening to the apples left on your bed side table, and the wonderful idea of a wine cellar- this hotel places customer service at the heart of its philosphy.

The location is great and the food was nice - they couldn't have done anything more for us.

We have just returned to the UK after spending 4 nights at this hotel which is our second visit of 3. We will be staying here again for 2 nights in July. Believe me, this is by far the best hotel in Granada. They do all the little important things very well and have a very nice personal touch. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and you are so close to all the attractions and local tapas bars. The breakfast is good (although dont expect full english!) and the free sherry tasting and olives between 8 and 9pm is superb. We stayed in room 24 which although quite small was well decorated with wood cielings and really peaceful at night.
Cant wait to come to your lovely hotel again.
Thankyou and love to all.See you in July 08.
