We have just returned from a fabulous 2 days at this gorgeous hotel - they've applied tremendous attention to detail and spared no expense in restoring a former convent into a contemporary meets romantic tradition hotel just off the main squares in Granada. We were thrilled with the magnificent room we had which opened on to the most amazing side balcony (which may have been a small former church) and looking onto the courtyard. The one-way system in Granada does require patience & the Council have the streets all dug up around the main hub of the city. With our room overlooking the courtyard, we simply heard the birds by morning & the crickets by night; however, with the on-going construction I would advise requesting a room away from the front. The staff were really friendly and nothing was a problem - I had some special requests from the Manager and he was just marvellous - we've stayed in some beautiful places and it's up there with the Locanda dell'Amorosa (Tuscany) for us in terms of quality. Enjoy!
